But that's not always the case. Pearls actually come in many shapes, and they come in unexpected colors like pink, lavender, and gold.
Manistee, MI (PRWEB) October 8, 2008
YourPearlBox.com, a site dedicated to the world of pearl jewelry, has recently announced its intention to expand their inventory into different colored pearls as well as rosary pearls.
While the company was first founded by Mary Bladzik in April 2008, her site debuted several months later in August 2008. YourPearlBox.com currently contains a variety of pearl items such as pearl necklaces, pendants, earrings, and matching jewelry sets.
"When you think of pearls, you probably think of two words--round and white," said Bladzik. "But that's not always the case. Pearls actually come in many shapes, and they come in unexpected colors like pink, lavender, and gold."
Hoping to convey that fact through her inventory, Bladzik plans to add many more pearls to her site, including lavender and gold options. Expanding further, there are also plans to add pearl rosaries.
"I just love pearls and the way they make you feel," said Bladzik. "They are truly the gift for everyone. By adding more items to our inventory, I hope to offer products for the greatest number of people."
Although Bladzik plans to add more items to her site, she is quick to point out that the expansion of her site will not affect the quality of her products.
"Before cultured pearls came around, round pearls were certainly not the norm. But from our site, every item is guaranteed to be unique," said Bladzik. "If you purchase a ring, it won't be like any other ring we carry. The different shaped pearls ensure that you get a unique and special item."

The site has also recently launched a blog, AboutPearlJewelry.com, which alerts users to the subtleties of pearls, including but not limited to the fact that they come in a wide array of shapes and sizes.
