Business Training Library recognized the outstanding achievements of OPERS' leadership development initiatives with the Leadership Development Excellence Award. OPERS is Ohio's largest pension system, providing secure retirement benefits to thousands of members. Partnering with Business Training Library in 2004, OPERS set out to create an e-learning program for its managers and leadership team that would foster skill development and brainstorming, as well as coaching and strategic growth.
