Mr. Hobbs, who previously served as COO, will lead the company's strategic initiatives to optimize sales of the Cryptek information security products, direct new product development programs and drive international expansion.

Mr. Hobbs joined Cryptek as COO earlier this year from Unisys Corporation where he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Federal Systems. Previously, as President of Asia Pacific holdings of PSInet, he directed all operations in the Asia Pacific region including operations in seven countries with revenues of more than $150 million.
Mr. Hobbs brings a broad range of experience in commercial and federal sales, business development, sales and operations to Cryptek. He has distinguished himself as an executive who can consistently exceed bookings and revenue objectives while driving profit growth. In addition to Unisys and PSInet, Mr. Hobbs has held executive roles with DynCorp and Computer Sciences Corporation.
