MenuVantage's Red Flags Rule solution is an automated compliance solution that will help protect vehicle dealerships from claims, fines and litigation. The solution provides electronic best practices to create turn-key, "good faith" compliance programs that increase protection, reduce liabilities and help mitigate identity theft in accordance with the FTC's Red Flags Rule. The Red Flags Rule mandates that dealers implement an identity theft prevention program by November 1, 2008.
