Confirmit and Cisco WebEx Announce Webinar Showcasing Voice of the Customer Success

Confirmit announced that it has joined forces with Cisco WebEx to deliver a webcast highlighting the strategic impetus behind Cisco WebEx's decision to implement a voice of the customer program. The program has resulted in increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs, and increased customer loyalty.

I'm delighted to bring the story of Cisco WebEx's customer satisfaction program to a wider audience. Bringing the voice of the customer into the business has enabled us to improve customer-facing processes, in particular cross-departmental functions.

Confirmit announced that it has joined forces with Cisco WebEx to deliver a webcast highlighting the strategic impetus behind Cisco WebEx's decision to implement a voice of the customer program. The program has resulted in increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs, and increased customer loyalty.

In this webinar, Kathryn Williams, Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Loyalty of Cisco WebEx will share the lessons learned and the success achieved in the program so far in the evolution of Cisco WebEx's customer satisfaction and loyalty program, which is powered by Enterprise Feedback Management platform Confirmit.

Williams comments, "I'm delighted to bring the story of Cisco WebEx's customer satisfaction program to a wider audience. Bringing the voice of the customer into the business has enabled us to improve customer-facing processes, in particular cross-departmental functions."

In the webinar Williams will also talk about how reports and alerts form a key part of the program and generate action in the business, and how the program has delivered cost savings and increased revenue to different parts of the organization.

In addition, Gary Schwartz, VP Product Marketing at Confirmit will discuss the advantages that attitudinal data brings to companies that implement Enterprise Feedback Management solutions, and how businesses should consider the "Moments of Truth" in the overall customer experience to optimize the value of the program.
