The Commercial Finance Association (http://www.cfa.com) announced the line-up of speakers for its upcoming 64th annual industry convention. The conference, titled, "Your Bridge to Excellence" (Nov. 12-14 in San Francisco, CA), will address challenges and opportunities in a year where traditional lending faltered and asset-based lending grew for the fifth consecutive year.

The Commercial Finance Association (CFA) holds its annual conference to bring together professionals involved with asset-based lending, factoring, appraisals/auctions/liquidations, and turnaround management to collaborate on issues in commercial lending.

Attendees will see high profile keynote speakers, engage in topical panel discussions, network with industry professionals and find top service providers all in one place.

Keynote Speakers include:

·    Senator John Edwards and Karl Rove, who will discuss the election results in a political point counterpoint
·    Economist, author and former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, who will speak on the global economy
·    Frank Abagnale, the world's foremost authority on fraud and identity theft and subject of the hit movie Catch Me If You Can

This year's panels will focus on key challenges faced by both large and entrepreneurial lenders in the current economic environment, current judicial, regulatory and legislative issues facing lenders, challenges for private equity firms and hedge funds in the current M&A market, and competitive issues for small, entrepreneurial finance and factoring companies.

"This year's conference is shaping up to be one of the most exciting we've ever hosted. Given the economic and political climate, there is much to discuss and learn from each other.
