New Releases Strengthen Cytiva’s Sonic Line of Talent Management Software Offerings

Cytiva Software, Inc. (CRX:TSX.V), a leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, unveils its new Enterprise version of the SonicPerform employee performance management system for complex organizations. In addition, they have launched a new standalone version of their SonicOnboard employee onboarding portal.

New SonicPerform Enterprise takes SonicPerform’s ease of use and marries it to an all-new, multi-organizational platform providing complete flexibility for organizations to fully customize multiple performance management processes to different divisions, groups or locations.

New SonicPerform Enterprise represents a new generation of employee-focused applications that allow organizations to align employees around key objectives, set S.M.A.R.T. goals, track performance year round, and easily write performance enhancing evaluations.

In addition to its robust hierarchy and permissions, SonicPerform Enterprise also adds a new “Jump Start Text” feature that translates ratings into clear, meaningful text. SonicPerform’s natural language Jump Start Text removes the blank page syndrome that slows the completion of reviews and helps ensure that all reviewers are evaluating performance based on a common set of standards.

Also being unveiled at HR Technology is a new version of SonicOnboard, Cytiva’s employee onboarding portal. New SonicOnboard can now be implemented without the SonicRecruit applicant tracking system, either as a standalone, or integrated with any ATS or HR information system. SonicOnboard automates the tasks associated with bringing on a new employee and provides a web-based portal for employees to complete their tasks and get valuable information about their new employer. This fully employer-branded portal helps indoctrinate employees into their new environment and provides employers with an effective way to reinforce their key values, benefits and objectives to new employees.
