The National Association of Mortgage Processors (NAMP), in partnership with FHA Online University, has put together a 3-hour live, instructor-led interactive webinar entitled: FHA MONTHLY UPDATE. This 3-hour webinar is an open forum discussion designed to provide mortgage professionals with the needed FHA updates. This unique online format also allows the student to ask questions directly to the instructor and get immediate answers.

This 3-hour FHA Monthly Update webinar will: 1) Highlight the legislative changes beginning October 1, 2008, 2) Outline the new HOPE For Homeowners (H4H) Program, 3) Discuss the changes beginning Jan. 1, 2009 for maximum mortgage calculations, 4) Discuss the ending seller funded DPA: Finding Grant Alternatives and 5) Finish with an Open Forum Q&A Session.

This webinar is designed for any mortgage professional who is currently doing FHA loans and needs to get updated quickly and cost-effectively. It will cover all aspects of the production side from origination, to processing, to underwriting, to closing/post-closing.
