Bishop-Elect Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes have scheduled intimate sessions with pastors and their spouses, designed to deal with real challenges of the 21st century pastor and providing powerful, pragmatic solutions that will take your ministry to the next level. With a detailed focus on developing successful pastoral relationships and processes, this retreat is sure to leave participants refreshed and renewed.
The retreat schedule has time intentionally built-in for rest and relaxation. All of the retreat seminars are morning sessions leaving the rest of your day open. Arrange resort treatment services at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, enjoy the Greg Norman Signature golf course or the many attractions including Universal Studios, Disney Theme Parks, the Holy Land Experience and Sea World - to name a few. As the final session will end on Friday, November 7th at 12 noon, participants are encouraged to enjoy the many other attractions in the Orlando area for the remainder of the weekend.
All events will be held at the Ritz-Carlton/JW Marriott, Grande Lakes Orlando (again, you are free to make reservations at any Orlando area hotel of your choice). The Retreat is open to Senior Pastors and spouses of established Christian churches. This does not include para-churches and other ministry organizations.
