Ms. Schram has nearly 20 years of communications industry experience. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Schram was Director of Channel Strategy for Qwest Communications. She has also been Director of Sales for Emerging Markets and Regional Sales Manager at Qwest. Ms. Schram holds a Bachelor's Degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

Prior to her roles at Qwest, Ms. Schram was the Business Development Manager for the Cable & Utilities Segment at Frontier Communications. Before that she served many roles for Sprint Communications.
