Ms. Brenda M. Morris, 44, joins EasyLink from IBM where she held the position of Channel Sales Leader for software in UK & Island, Central & South Africa (UKISA). At IBM she was responsible for all software group channel sales operations in UKISA, which accounts for 42% of IBM software group revenues. Prior to her role at IBM, Ms. Morris served as Regional Vice President in Northern Europe for FileNet Limited, from 2005 to 2007. At FileNet, Ms. Morris implemented several business plans that led to the tripling of results for the 2005 Fiscal Year performance in comparison to that of the previous year. FileNet was acquired by IBM in 2006.
Ms. Morris's experience prior to her position at FileNet included the positions of Country Manager for UK & Ireland and Nordic, Worldwide Managing Director for Memex Technology, a Sales Executive of Outsourcing Division for Digital Equipment Corporation, and the Director of European Systems Integration Division at Unisys.
