Since the start of 2008, Alessandro aka POY 2008 has gone from a casual player to a poker professional. He was spotted on Poker770 where he plays and regularly qualifies for major tournaments. Since starting his professional career, Alessandro has already made approximately $121,000 by following his passion for poker.
His last memorable performance was July 2008 when he won approximately $91,650 having come 2nd place in the Italian Championship, the « Campionato Italiano 2° Tappa », no limit Hold'em, which took place in the Venice Casino.
