As Customer Support Specialist, Righini will provide front line end-user support, perform system installations and training, and develop technical documentation.
Jeffrey Yagoda, Axiom president, said that Righini's versatile experience in the technology arena, specifically in the distribution and manufacturing industries, will enable her to relate to a diverse group of end-users.
"As an experienced and seasoned technical trainer, Kellie has strong communication and analytical skills. Her solid work ethic and work with one-on-one training will make her a great asset to our team," Yagoda said.
A graduate of Brandeis University, Righini holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies/English and a Master of Education degree in Education/Special Education from Rivier College. She lives in Salem, New Hampshire.
