Joshua Cool to Be Keynote Speaker at the 2008 Restaurant Facilities Forum

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB October 14, 2008 -- Joshua Cool, Menemsha Construction Solutions' newly appointed Vice President of Architectural Services, has been tapped to present the keynote speech, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at the 1st annual Restaurant Facilities Forum in Bonita Springs, Florida. The three day event, which takes place on October 12-14 at the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, Florida, will bring together full-service chain restaurant construction and facilities executives from around the country. The theme of this year's invitation only event is "Building and Marinating Full-Service Restaurants."

Mr. Cool will be delivering the keynote address to a group of over 100 attendees. Mr. Cool's address, "Designing the Restaurant with Facilities in Mind," will highlight the importance of adopting a methodology that brings all involved parties and disciplines together as early as possible in the design phase of a project. Mr. Cool will also discuss issues such as energy management, LEED applications for facilities, energy control systems, finish materials selection and facility cost control.

The highly anticipated 2008 Restaurant Facilities Forum is expected to bring executives from a wide range of full-service chain restaurants, including Starbucks, Hard Rock Café, Darden, Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon and Panera Bread. The three day forum will include discussions on topics such as "The Green Restaurant," "Finding Value in Your Dining Environments", and a "Restaurant Leaders Power Panel," which will be a lively and spirited discussion on current topics for today's industry leaders.
