Connections for Women Launches Local Tucson Focused Page

Connections For Women, LLC. a Tucson based women owned company publishing a monthly on-line magazine www.connectionsforwomen.com announces the launch of the first of specific city pages with the Tucson Connections For Women page.

Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) October 15, 2008 -- Connections For Women, LLC., a Tucson based women owned company publishing a monthly on-line magazine www.connectionsforwomen.com, announces the launch of the first of specific city pages with the Tucson Connections For Women page.

The first city page, Tucson Connections for Women launched October 13, 2008. The focus of this first city issue is specific to information on the real estate market in Tucson today and includes an in-depth look at the reality of getting a mortgage during tumultuous times and best approach to selling your house. The Tucson city page also provides links to local businesses and services providing more resources for our readers.

"We are very proud to provide this first of many local city pages with locally focused articles and information," said Gerry Hogan, Publisher, Connections for Women. "The magazine intends connecting women in real life as well as in a virtual community through the use of the city pages." The first such "real life" connection will take place January 2009 in a moderated forum on the topic of 'Life and Love after Forty'.

The current national issue celebrates Tucson author, Bonnie Marson as an Extraordinary Woman, features advice from divorce attorney, mediator and counselor Tucsonan Jim Duzak, the "Attorney at Love", introduces a young Tucson graphic novelist Benjamin Ilka and, in recognition of October being breast Cancer Awareness Month provides an update on recent treatment methods and a look at Tucson's Breast Cancer Boot Camp.

Tucson residents, Genny Esterline and Gerry Hogan, come from diverse backgrounds including ownership of an internationally recognized optical manufacturing company and a career in managing the financial aspects of developing medical practices. Their vision with Connections For Women is to create a community of women, national and international in scope, and provide a forum for timely information on matters relevant to women:- specifically health, finance, relationships and the tools for creating a balanced life.

Connections for Women has attracted national columnists as regular contributors including Dr. Jackie Black, relationships counselor and founder of The Ideal Match Coaching Club and, Clutter Diet guru, Lorie Marrero. As the magazine continues to grow it is attracting the interest of writers nationally and providing a timely, provocative and entertaining way for women to connect.
