According to Americas Watchdog, " our initiative will involve six press releases in the participating law firm's metro area, they will focus in on getting relatives or friends of the patients to report what could be abuse, or neglect to the Corporate Whistle Blower Center. The media campaign will run from October through January 2009. The media campaign will also include an invitation in each press release to have nursing home employees call Americas Watchdog, if they have proof of Medicare, or Medicaid fraud". If the Corporate Whistle Blower Center hears of potential nursing home abuse or neglect, the group will provide the victims family with the name and number of the participating law firm, for a possible legal evaluation.
