Massa began his career with Auto/Mate for over 5 years ago as a member of the company's installation and support team. He was later promoted to National Sales Manager, a position he has successfully held for the past 3 years. Massa has extensive dealer experience as both an F&I and Fixed Ops Director, as well as lateral experience selling consulting services to dealers.
