IDEALYST®, the online ideation and brainstorming game from Applied Marketing Science, will be featured at the Innovation Immersion conference sponsored by the Institute for International Research. The conference will take place from October 20-22 at the Wigwam Resort in Phoenix.
The brainstorming topic being posed to participants is how IIR can improve participants' experience at Innovation Immersion, encompassing the conference content, format, and location and venue. Applied Marketing Science is allocating $1,000 in prize money to be paid out to participants commensurate with each player's point total.
IDEALYST is Applied Marketing Science's online ideation and brainstorming tool, based on research conducted at MIT and Columbia University. IDEALYST moves the ideation process to the Web, and allows participants to build on one another's ideas for points, which can later be redeemed for cash prizes. Participants can revisit the game repeatedly to read, review, and contribute ideas, from wherever they have Internet access, whenever it's most convenient for them. IDEALYST harnesses the power of the Internet to brainstorm new products or services, identify process improvements, and generate ideas on virtually any topic of interest.
