Palo Alto Software today announced the release of version 2.0 of Email Center Pro, its web-hosted solution to the search for intelligent management of collaborative email. The update, along with enhancement packages scheduled for weekly release beginning October 29, will transform Email Center Pro from a handy service to one that is perhaps indispensable for small businesses everywhere.

Email Center Pro was born in July of 2007 out of an internal dilemma at Palo Alto Software: How could the company become more accurate and more efficient in its processing of customer email -- both internal and external?
