InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Valley Village, Calif., has designed a modified exercise baby stroller. This invention is patented.
The "Exercise Stroller" could enable busy parents to exercise while spending time with their baby. The invention would allow the parent to control the intensity level of the workout. The unit would feature an ergonomically correct design that would allow parents to exercise with their baby or young children in a more comfortable and effective manner. Even the most casual walkers and joggers could benefit from the design of the stroller as they would be able to move freely and be less likely to feel discomfort or muscle strain. Suitable to use indoors and outdoors, the Exercise Stroller would feature easy operation.
The Exercise Stroller would consist of a three-wheeled stroller with two movable handles. The unit would include two arm action poles, which would be similar in design to those found on dual-action exercise machines. The arm action poles would form split handlebars that connect to the modified stroller frame and rear axle. The rear axle would be replaced by a crank shaft that would allow the handles to swing back and forth when activated. An activation switch would be installed on the outside of one of the rear wheels. The handle's resistance and height could be adjusted by the user. To activate, a user turns the switch on and then swings the handles back and forth. For non-exercise use, a user would turn the switch off. The switch would lock the crankshaft and bring the handles to a locked and parallel position.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
