Midbrook Inc., a Jackson, MI based manufacturer of industrial parts cleaning systems, bottled water equipment, and sheet metal fabrication house, has announced a new alliance with JRI Industries, a Springfield, MO builder of industrial parts cleaners. The new partnership aims to efficiently serve a broad customer base with the high-quality products for which both companies are known.

Midbrook’s line of process specific Hurricane industrial parts washers are designed to fit the exact specifications of clients around the world. JRI specializes in equipment that can be fitted for a variety of operations depending on the needs of the client. Together, Midbrook and JRI will be able to assist any client, in any industry, in finding a part washing solution for their manufacturing process and within their budget.

Midbrook and JRI combine decades of industrial parts washing experience. The flexibility created by the alliance between the companies will facilitate faster delivery and lower prices for customers of both companies.

Milton Lutz, CEO of Midbrook, is optimistic about the opportunities this partnership will create for customers of both JRI and Midbrook.

“We are very excited to work with JRI in this new alliance,” said Lutz.

“Midbrook is one of the largest industrial parts washer manufacturers in the United States,” says Lutz. “We have a special emphasis in the automotive industry, and JRI strengthens our offerings in this market segment.”

Midbrook has recently used their expertise in the industrial parts washing market to expand into washer solutions for the medical and bottled water industries, two fast growing segments with a high demand for part washing solutions. The partnership with JRI will allow this expansion to continue without reducing their emphasis on automotive and industrial applications.

Both companies will remain independent in this new partnership.
