Heidelberg Instruments announced the sale of a table top maskless lithography system, the µPG101, to the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, Brno, Czech Republic.

"The µPG101 installed at the Institute of Analytical Chemistry of the ASCR, v.v.i.i Brno, Czech Republic, will be used to support the research of the Department of Bio analytical Instrumentation at the Institute (http://www.iach.cz) as well as our domestic and international Collaborators. After years of improvised work we finally have a no compromise system for device-prototyping for our research in analytical microfluidics, development of miniaturized mass spectrometry interfaces and new efforts in the thin film nanotechnology for bio applications," states Dr. Frantisek Foret, Deputy Director at the Institute of Analytical Chemistry.
