SusQtech Opens Office in Chicago Area

New location staffed by Industry veteran Amanda Grove

Winchester, VA (PRWEB) October 23, 2008 -- Susquehanna Technologies (SusQtech) announced today, that the company has opened offices in the Chicago area in order to better meet the needs of customers in Chicago and other parts of the Midwest. SusQtech already has several customers in and around Chicago. The new offices are designed to facilitate easier interaction between SusQtech's team as well as existing and prospective customers.

To help staff the office, SusQtech has announced the addition of association industry veteran Amanda Grove. Amanda's experience includes work for gomembers inc, NetOn-Line Services, and Leverage Software. Most recently she was Director of Sales at internet4associations. While at NetOnline Services, Amanda served as Director and was responsible for sales and marketing, customer relations, product and research development, and operations and production.

"As SharePoint has been embraced by the association community and SusQtech becomes known as the SharePoint thought leaders for the association industry we are finding more customers outside our home area of DC want to work with us," stated Jim LaRocca, SusQtech VP of Business Development. "We have always had a fair number of customers throughout the country but the demand we have seen out of the Chicago area and the broader Midwest indicated that we needed to have more of a presence in there," Mr. LaRocca also said.

SusQtech will remain headquartered in the company's Winchester, VA office, however, the company is staffing up operational personnel in the new office. Approximately 30% of SusQtech's customers are located outside of the Greater Washington, DC area. That number has grown in recent years as technology breakthroughs have made organizations more comfortable working with partners located in other parts of the county.
