ESSENTIAL CARE today announced the results of its internal customer satisfaction rating. The satisfaction rating of 96% marks the highest in Company history and places ESSENTIAL CARE at or near the top of the industry in this important performance measurement. Perhaps most notable is that these results were earned in the highly competitive Arizona market.
