Winners will be announced at the annual awards gala on Thursday, November 13th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary, N.C., presented in conjunction with title sponsor Grant Thornton. The theme for this year's event is "The Election of 2008" and will be attended by more than 500 executives and leaders from across the state.

Each year, NCTA also presents four individual awards, including: NCTA Volunteer of the Year, Public Leadership in Technology, Technology Executive of the Year, and an Outstanding Achievement Award to an individual who has demonstrated a career-long commitment to the advancement of the technology industry in North Carolina.
