Winsper announced today that STIHL Inc., maker of the number one selling brand of chain saws worldwide, has been retained after a seven month review process. Located in Boston, MA, Winsper won the review after a strategic analysis of the brand and a presentation of an integrated campaign to senior management.

The first effort will be directed to the consumer marketplace. Winsper will be chartered to evolve the current and successful "Why?" advertising campaign that has been in market for more than three years. In addition, Winsper will be developing a campaign to support STIHL's presence in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today print and online editions.

"Winsper approached us with some category breaking work that reinforces our leadership in developing superior outdoor power equipment, and continued support for 8,000 independent servicing dealers nationwide," said Ken Waldron, National Marketing Manager.
