After Tropical Storm Omar caused 48 hours of rain and heavy surf on Bonaire last week, Harbour Village Beach Club is pleased to report that it suffered no major damage. Preventative measures taken by the resort led to a quick clean up effort.
Miami, FL (PRWEB) October 24, 2008 -- The island of Bonaire is spared from the wrath of hurricanes, but last week Tropical Storm Omar caused some heavy surf as it swept through the Leeward Islands and the Lesser Antilles. The storm caused some damage in Bonaire, but the Harbour Village Beach Club is pleased to report that it sustained no major damage.
