Yorktown Heights, New York (PRWEB) October 24, 2008 -- Tantra for Erotic Empowerment: The Key to Enriching Your Sexual Life (Llewellyn Worldwide) by Mark A. Michaels and Patricia Johnson has been named a National Best Books 2008 Award Winner in the Health: Sexuality/Sex category and an award-winning finalist in the Religion: Eastern Religions category. Tantra for Erotic Empowerment guides readers to sexual self-empowerment. Featuring selections from Tantric literature for reflection, meditations, exercises, and practical techniques for exploring sexuality, plus a foreword from award-winning author, columnist, editor, and film director Tristan Taormino, Tantra for Erotic Empowerment is a practical handbook for anyone interested in exploring his or her own sexuality and having a more fulfilling life.
