Vitale Caturano, New England's largest regional full-service CPA firm, today announced that the following three managers have been promoted to vice president:

Aliza J. Cooperman is a vice president in the firm's tax practice and specializes in providing personal tax and financial services for high net worth individuals and families. Her experience includes the preparation of individual, fiduciary, gift, charitable trust, and private foundation tax returns, as well as tax planning and consulting, cash flow planning, and charitable planning. She joined the Boston tax firm after spending 6 years at Arthur Andersen. Aliza received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston University. She resides in Chestnut Hill, MA.

Gina Golden, CPA, MST, is vice president of learning and development. She leverages her 15 years of experience in tax, accounting, and training to lead professional career development initiatives in areas such as performance management, organizational development, mentoring, retention, training, and upward feedback for the firm. Prior to joining Vitale Caturano, Gina was a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She received both a Master of Science degree in Tax and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley College. She resides in Quincy, MA.

Robert A. Frattasio, CPA, is a vice president in the firms' assurance practice and has over 11 years of combined accounting and auditing experience. He specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for multi-national organizations, enterprise-wide risk and control assessments, and internal audit outsourcing. Prior to joining the firm, Robert was a manager in the internal audit services group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State College: Robert resides in Norwell, MA.
