There's between seven-to-ten days for exchange and returns and if anyone has questions I try to respond to them within12 hours, if not by the end of the day.

"I'll put anything that has to do with history on my site," said Charlot Lott. Lott is passionate about history; she's has an open love for medieval and renaissance periods and it shows all over her website, http://www.HistoricReplicas.com.
Two years ago, Lott took over HistoricalWeaponsStore.com from a friend, but when she decided to broaden the website's product line, she started HistoricReplicas.com and added additional products such as period costumes, historical-styled replicas for the home and office, and sci-fi fantasy-themed items.
While Lott continues to develop Historic Replicas, she's adding a number of new items that will no doubt entice any Eastern or Western history buff. "Very soon we'll have a new Renaissance costume and new colonial costumes, as well as a new line of Japanese swords and armor," said Lott.
"I'm looking into adding some interesting walking staffs with crystal globes and dragon heads. I also want to give artisans an opportunity to display their pieces on the site," she continued.
In addition to increasing her product line, Lott has also launched a new blog, http://www.HistoricReplicasBlog.com, to run in conjunction with the site. "There are several topics I have in mind," she said. "We'll post information about Renaissance Fairs and Reenactments, and we'll talk about the similarities between certain products and their relation to history. I want to have an interactive blog where guest comments and posts are welcome. That will be the best way for me to have a real idea of what people are looking for in their historic replicas."
For all intents and purposes, it is also the people that dictate Historic Replica's open relationship with the customers. "We pride ourselves on our customer service," said Lott. "There's between seven-to-ten days for exchange and returns and if anyone has questions I try to respond to them within12 hours, if not by the end of the day."
For Charlot Lott, however, customer service translates into talking to other history enthusiasts, a group that she belongs to herself. This passion shows up all over her business and reminds us that thanks to a site like HistoricReplicas.com, the events and culture of the past will never slip through the hands of time.
