StartersAlternators.com launched in 2007, two years after Levon Setrakian -- a lifelong mechanic -- took over a local business that had been operating over 30 years. Now, Setrakian has added a blog to his website and continues to provide the best customer service possible.
Van Nuys, CA (PRWEB) October 26, 2008 -- Levon Setrakian has lived a life with a longtime passion for cars. The ASE certified mechanic got his start by helping out his father. "My father used to remanufacture starters and alternators," said Setrakian. "When I was a kid, I used to help him out after school and it just stuck with me."
Setrakian has also added business owner to his resume with his company, www.StartersAlternators.com. The website is an extension of a local business he purchased in 2005. "It's been open since 1970. It's in the same location and it's the same type of business," said Setrakian.
Two years after purchasing the business, Setrakian launched an online counterpart in early 2007. While his company grows, Setrakian's catalog is a diverse one, not only selling starters and alternators for automobiles, but for other vehicles as well.
"We also have starters and alternators, marine, agricultural -- such as tractors, watercrafts; pretty much anything that needs a starter or an alternator, we'll have them."
Starters Alternators also offers a competitive shipping rate for their customers.
In addition to having a myriad of products on his site, Setrakian has also started a blog, www.StartersAlternatorsBlog.com. The blog touches on some of the products on StartersAlternators.com, as well as customer experience with the website.
Still, with all that he's accomplished, Levon Setrakian is adamant about the quality of the items that are available in his store: "We specialize in high output alternators and high torque starters. Everything comes with a warranty and we'll work with them as much as we can. We have wholesale prices for the public. This store has been supplying to local automobile stores and people since 1970 and we're carrying on that tradition."
