Rockers, Body Painters, Custom Car and Motorcycle Builders Come Together For an Exciting Evening to Support Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital
The Brooke Trace Gallery and the Toys in the Sun Run will host annual event benefiting the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation on Friday, Nov. 7, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The event takes place at Club Cinema. Featured acts include Riverdown, The Hep Cat Boo Daddies and Rambler. Artists will demonstrate their creativity on beautiful model painted in an automotive theme. The New Auto Toy Store will present a selection of exotic Cars; Custom Bikes of Fort Lauderdale, Bourget Bike Works and Fort Lauderdale Harley Davidson will showcase their creations in the venue. Their will be a classic car show and motorcycle show. The Fundraiser will feature a silent auction, live auction and raffle.
Hollywood, FL (PRWEB) October 26, 2008 -- The Brooke Trace Gallery and the Toys in the Sun Run will host annual event benefiting the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation on Friday, Nov. 7, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The event takes place at Club Cinema. Featured acts include Riverdown with a special guest appearance by The Hep Cat Boo Daddies and Rambler.
Featured artists will include: Rob Robi, Jesse Thoreson, Auristela Ramirez & JC of YEK Designs, Oscar Camaran, Desiree and Valter De Morais. They will demonstrate their creativity on beautiful model painted in an automotive theme. Other talented artist's works will be available through the silent and live auctions. Those artists include Stu-Art Bailey, Brooke Trace, Ashton Howard, John Bowen, Larry Joe Miller, Jeff Shulman, Picasso, Salvador Dali, Peter Max and more.
This incredible musical line up includes Riverdown with special guests Rambler and The Hep Cat Boo Daddies. They will be playing this year's Toy Run at Markham Park. Riverdown has an incredible line up of talent and will rock out. These seasoned musicians play the way rock should be played. The Hep Cat Boo Daddies, will be pounding out their rockin blues style. Rambler rocks out with a southern rock style. Juby Blem will emcee the evening, introducing the entertainment and promoting Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital Fundraising.
The New Auto Toy Store will present a selection of exotic Cars. Custom Bikes of Fort Lauderdale, Bourget Bike Works and Fort Lauderdale Harley Davidson will showcase their creations in the venue. Russ G. Classic Cars and Fabulous Restorations will be hosting an exhibit of the Baddest selection of rolling art on four wheels from a 51 Merk Kustom "Low n Behold", to street rods, Corvettes and more. Julie from Action Magazine will host a motorcycle show.
A $20 donation at the door will include a complementary drink, appetizers, and raffle tickets. Otherwise a minimum $10 donation is requested. A silent and live auction will be held featuring a variety of items donated by the Brooke Trace Gallery and local supporting businesses, and a special Live Auction will start at 10 pm.
The event will support the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation through donations at the door and the silent auction being held from 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. This event will be held in memory of the late Bob Amchir and Tommy Ruzzano other huge supporter of this event.
