ComForcare Senior Services®™ partners with National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Mid-Atlantic Chapter to offer Care Management Services.

ComForcare Senior Services has been selected as the preferred provider for Care Management Services, for the Charlotte Metro Market for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter serves 7,400 people living with multiple sclerosis in SC and the western portion of NC.

ComForcare Senior Services, headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, MI has offices nationally and is one of the largest and fastest growing Home Care Agencies in the country. The Charlotte office, owned and operated by Phil Koch, Certified Senior Advisor, is one of the largest Home Care agencies in the region. ComForcare Senior Services will be working closely with the National Multiple Sclerosis chapter to provide comprehensive in-home assessments to help people living with MS access to community resources.

ComForcare will be also be a resource to the chapter for respite care, which supports caregivers in their efforts to keep loved ones at home as long as possible. Their services will be available in Charlotte, Gastonia, Lake Norman, Mooresville, Concord, Kannapolis, Monroe, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lancaster, and York.

The ComForcare nursing staff will receive specialized training on multiple sclerosis and how to best serve the needs of people with MS.

It is also a provider for both Medicaid and CAP (Community Assistance Program) within the state and the Charlotte metro market.
