Cura Capital Management, LLC relocates operations within Manhattan

Chelsea Technologies announced that Cura Capital Management, LLC, a SEC Registered Investment Advisor with assets in excess of $600 million, has successfully moved, where it has a 5,372 s/f lease for the 4th Floor at 150 East 52nd Street. Based in New York City, Cura is a fixed income relative value manager founded in October 2004 by Thomas Schnepp.

150 East 52nd Street is one of the premier Buildings in the Plaza District. The Owner - Managed 35-story office building was constructed in 1984 and is located between Lexington and Third Avenues on the South side of 52nd Street. The Buildings' diverse tenant roster includes Fortis Investments, Dominick & Dominick, Fujisankaei Communications, The Jordan Edmiston Group, IHI and Beacon Capital Partners., to name a few. Princeton International Properties Corporation provides Property Management services in one of the few buildings in the Plaza District with an available flow of pre-built spaces along with a full floor premises coming onto the market in early 2009.
