MeetingPlaza is a "business productivity" tool that combines voice, data, video and interactive collaboration tools, including application sharing, text chat, web sharing, file sharing and record and replay functions into a "single unified" product for use as a SaaS (Software as a Service) over the public internet, wireless networks or corporate intranets.
Meetingplaza can connect up to 32 meeting participants into a single session (3,000 participants for large conferences and webinars). It is a fully integrated solution and requires no software downloads or third party software. Its high level of encryption allows for full encryption of voice, data and video for collaborating in a safe and secure manner
The MeetingPlaza solution requires no special equipment, phone lines or conference bridges and is designed to be a low cost alternative to traditional solutions. Costs for monthly and annual SaaS (Software as a service) licenses average $50 per license.
