Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 30, 2008 -- Rainier Capital Management, L.P. announces the acquisition of the Baylor Surgicare at Oakmont facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Financing was provided by LegacyTexas Bank.

The 13,500 square foot state of the art medical facility was completed in September 2007 to relocate Bellaire Outpatient Surgery Center. The property is leased on a long term basis to a partnership comprising the Baylor Health Care System, United Surgical Partners International and the surgeons on staff at Baylor Surgicare at Oakmont. The private surgery center is adjacent to the 71-bed non-profit Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth. Rainier acquired the property on behalf of its third diversified real estate Fund. Rainier investor groups now own three of the eighteen DFW Metroplex surgery centers affiliated with the Baylor Health Care System.
