New Equipment Boosts Overall Manufacturing Process

Reliable Bronze has acquired three new state of the art machines to help streamline the manufacturing process.

Reliable Bronze & Manufacturing, Inc. is announcing three large capital equipment purchases they made in 2008. They have purchased a new state of the art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), a brand new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Lathe Machine, and a brand new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Screw Machine.

Reliable Bronze considered many things when the decision was finally made to purchase these pieces of equipment. Labor time was a large concern of Reliable Bronze, and with these new machines, they have been able to cut down labor cost and avoid passing the cost to customers.

"We are excited, especially in this economy, to be able to make these large capital equipment purchases that will enable our customers to get the exact parts they need at a more economical price. These machines are faster, which means producing more parts in a shorter amount of time, will save the customer on labor costs. We want our company to be known for making quality precision parts at an affordable price," said Charles Olson President of Reliable Bronze.
