Information technology talent provider, Eastridge InfoTech, a division of The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies, welcomes seasoned business development professional, Susan Cleveland, to its San Diego location as business development manager.

As business development manager for Eastridge InfoTech, Cleveland directs relationships with existing clients to deliver custom recruiting and staffing solutions, and additionally identifies, establishes and develops new business opportunities with technology organizations throughout San Diego.

With more than 18 years of experience recruiting for the technology sector, Cleveland joins Eastridge InfoTech from Modis, Inc., where she served as senior business development manager.

There, she developed several key accounts with small, midsize and Fortune 1000 companies, producing the highest profit margin for her unit within Modis' Southern California operations. During her tenure, she garnered nine employer-awarded honors and was consistently in the top 10 percent of business development success throughout the company, nationwide.
