Rock Bottom brews their beer in on onsite brewery. They believe that two things influence the beer in their breweries: "local water and local tastes." Because each of the 29 locations have differences in both of these influences, the beer served is tended to each specific location's needs and expectations.

The brewers at Rock Bottom handpick the hops in the Yakima Valley and the hops are mixed with domestic or imported malted barley and the water of the specific location the beer is serving. The result: beer that catches the attention of South Shore Living.
Rock Bottom Brewery rings in the seasons by serving beer in spirit of the holidays. This fall, a customer can sink their taste buds into Pumpkin ale and in the winter they can cozy up to Rudolph Red Beer.
