Leading EMR Solution Vendor and Its Client Community Come Together for Education, Collaboration, and Networking

By interacting with our user base in an open and relaxed atmosphere, we can gain greater insight into their needs, and work together to evolve our software in a way that will most effectively address their requirements.

TeleResults, a market leader in the design and development of world-class electronic medical record (EMR) solutions for transplant-related care, today announced the conclusion of its very first user conference. The event, which was held in San Francisco on October 20th and 21st, was an overwhelming success, providing tremendous value to participants and hosts alike. More than 40 users representing 16 leading transplant centers across the United States were in attendance.

The conference provided clients with the opportunity to collaborate and network with their peers from other facilities. Clinicians, coordinators, administrators, as well as report developers and others were on hand to share their experiences regarding the implementation and use of the TeleResults TX solution, discuss best practices, present new ideas, and more.

"It was good to meet my colleagues, and to discuss their implementation of TeleResults," said attendee and TeleResults client Brad Kroeger of the UC San Diego Medical Center's Center for Transplantation. "I look forward to the conference next year."

"I, personally, took away as much as I hope I gave to other users," added Chad Gorn, IT Data Manager, from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

The event also gave TeleResults the chance to offer a preview of new features currently in development, and invite feedback and input on these planned product enhancements. Attendees were also asked to contribute to the future product roadmap by creating a "wish list" of desired features and recommended improvements.

"This kind of direct communication helps us to build a better solution that offers the greatest possible value to today's transplant service providers," said Scott Marinoff, Project Manager for TeleResults. "By interacting with our user base in an open and relaxed atmosphere, we can gain greater insight into their needs, and work together to evolve our software in a way that will most effectively address their requirements."

The significant benefits that attendees derived through face-to-face meetings with peers and company executives prompted many participants to request that the company make this an annual event.
