Over the last 15 years, Levy has established himself as an accomplished leader within the Workforce Management (WFM) community. Most recently, he held the position of National Director of Professional Services at Kronos Incorporated, a leading vendor of Enterprise Workforce Management software. Among his accomplishments at Kronos, Levy created the national retail vertical for Kronos and he led the service delivery organizations for Healthcare and Gaming. Prior to Kronos, Levy was the Co-Founder and VP of Professional Services of Simplified Workforce Solutions Inc., a vendor of optimized scheduling and analytics software for the retail, restaurant and healthcare industries.
