Surveys of Northeast Ohio Real Estate and Construction Industries Now Available
These surveys cover more than 40 questions regarding the real estate and construction industries in Northeast Ohio. The surveys also offer more in-depth coverage of timely topics in the real estate and construction industries such as green construction, cost segregation and the Economic Stimulus Act.
Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) November 7, 2008 -- The Real Estate and Construction Group at Skoda Minotti, a CPA, business and financial advisory firm located in Cleveland, Ohio, has released the results of its surveys of the real estate and construction markets in Northeast Ohio.

The surveys cover a variety of topics, including political insight, financial issues, the local economy and industry trends.
"With the recent turmoil in the local economy, especially in the real estate market, our goal with this survey is to provide some insight to our clients and contacts as to where the real estate and construction industries are headed in the future," said Roger Gingerich, CPA/ABV, CVA, principal-in-charge of the firm's Real Estate and Construction Group. "After reviewing these results, we feel the information contained in the surveys will become very valuable to businesses in these industries as they plan for 2009 and beyond."

The survey results were gathered in April and May of 2008 in conjunction with a May 15 presentation by real estate expert, Ivy Zelman. The surveys were sent out to more than 800 members of the Northeast Ohio real estate and construction communities. Combined, the surveys received over 80 responses. The survey results were compiled and analyzed by Skoda Minotti and as well as the professionals at Frantz Ward, LLP, Parkview Federal and Associated Builders and Contractors.
