WorldatWork, a global human resources association with offices in Washington, D.C. and Scottsdale, AZ, has announced its newly elected 2009 Board of Directors.

Sara R. McAuley, CCP, Executive Vice President & CHRO, Tygris Commercial Finance Group Inc., will chair the WorldatWork board in 2009. McAuley succeeds Tracy J. O. Kofski, CCP, Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, General Mills, as chair. Kofski will continue to serve on the Board as past chair.

The following individuals were elected by WorldatWork members to the Board beginning in January of 2009:
