Award based on employee opinion survey recognizes the best places to work

To determine the recipients of the Employees' Choice award, an anonymous employee opinion survey was conducted on three key dimensions: senior leadership, immediate manager and engagement. A committee of volunteer HR experts from various Ottawa organizations used the survey scores and other criteria, such as open-ended comments, to make the final selection. Award recipients are profiled in the November issue of Ottawa HR Magazine.
