The TaxSmart America Business Center Model
Each office is independently owned and operated. Each business center maintains their own brand and identity leveraging the relationship each has built with their valuable clients. Typically, an office goes through a selection process, and initial management training before entering the licensing program as an approved business center.

In the licensing relationship, the office is provided a territory for their exclusive relationship based upon their zip code, assuring that no other business center will be licensed within the same zip code. The tax professional then enters an extensive management and operations training program designed to build the practice aimed at serving small business clients.

TaxSmart America works with the firm to build a full service business center, including strategic marketing efforts aimed at local businesses within the licensed territory. Each licensed territory has between 1,000 and 5,000 existing small business targets that will serve as a basis for future marketing efforts offering year round business tax services, sales and use tax services, business property tax services, monthly bookkeeping services, and payroll support with an alliance between TaxSmart America and ADP Payroll Service, the nations largest payroll firm.
