Dr. Buckwalter will assist MBAinteract through the growth of an active research and development department to facilitate interaction between job candidates and appropriate employers. Dr. Buckwalter will personally direct research operations related to MBAinteract's proprietary matching technology. This system assures increased productivity among job candidates and companies by matching based on preferences, interest and personality. As the Chief Scientist, Dr. Buckwalter was responsible for the design and development of eHarmony's various profiling instruments and for developing eHarmony's comprehensive research programs. Dr. Buckwalter has authored more than 100 papers in the fields of psychology, neuropsychology and health services and served as a director of research at Kaiser Permanente. He holds a doctorate from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and was a former research professor at the University of Southern California.
