Global 360 Enhances Imaging for Windows® Solution

Industry-leading desktop imaging solution adds support for Windows® Vista® and Windows XP®.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) November 12, 2008 -- Global 360, a leading provider of Process and Document Management solutions, today announced the release of Global 360 Imaging for Windows 4.0.

Users familiar with Global 360 Imaging for Windows from an earlier version of the Microsoft Windows operating system can now enjoy the 4.0 version and its familiar capabilities in Windows Vista or Windows XP environments.

Imaging for Windows 4.0 delivers desktop imaging functions in a single, easy-to-use solution that enables users to easily convert paper-based information into digital documents for use in their applications. Using Imaging for Windows, documents can be scanned, edited, OCR'd, distributed via email, and posted or downloaded from the Internet.

Compatible with Microsoft® Windows Vista and Windows XP, Imaging for Windows 4.0 enables migration from earlier version of the Microsoft Windows operating systems and introduces a range of new features based on customer experience and feedback, most notably the capability to view and print PDF files and support for Multiple Document Interface (MDI) within the application viewer.
