Infohrm Member Client to Present to Wharton Business School’s Financial Services Group
Presentation to Industry HR Executives Will Feature Ameriprise Financial’s Approach to Workforce Planning

Ameriprise Financial’s presentation, titled “The Good, The Bad, and The “Other” of Launching a Workforce Planning Center of Excellence” will outline how the HR and HRIT teams at Ameriprise built their workforce planning and analytics capabilities from a "clean sheet of paper”, closely aligning their mission with the organization's overall strategic goals and gaining the support of the company's senior leadership.
