Modafferi explained, "Many of the customers who purchase tattoos on our website aren't simply looking for body art. They're looking for something symbolic. As Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around, they're thinking about their family and friends and the memory of loved ones who aren't with them any longer is very strong in their minds." Modafferi continued, "One way to memorialize these loved ones are with religious or cross tattoos along with names, dates or Bible verses. Others simply want to let the world know how strong their beliefs are, and Christmas is a natural time to think about getting a cross or religious tattoo."
