Connecticut Early Childhood Organization Joins BAM Radio Network
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 14, 2008 -- Today, the BAM Radio Network (BRN), a joint project of Moving & Learning and Jackstreet Media, announced that the South Fairfield Association for the Education of Young Children (SFAEYC) is now offering NAEYC Radio as a new resource to the chapter's early childhood professionals, advocates and parents.
The program features a special edition of BRN's premier program, Body, Mind and Child (www.bodymindandchild.com), co-hosted by NAEYC executive director Mark Ginsberg, Ph.D, and Rae Pica, an early childhood expert with 30 years of experience in the field. The program is Nanocasted on the SFAEYC web site at http://www.sfaeyc.org/.
"We are pleased to see this programming embraced by the SFAEYC. We're confident that the segments will help their members and parents access the best and most current insights on early childhood development and stay up-to-date," said Rae Pica.

NAEYC also accredits early care and education centers through the NAEYC Academy of Early Childhood Programs. More than 11,500 programs serving more than 1,000,000 children each day are accredited by NAEYC.
About BAM Radio Network:
The BAM Radio Network was launched to address the severe imbalance in parenting practices caused by the "commercialization of parenting" and the emphasis on intellectual development that excludes the critical role of the mind/body connection in early childhood. Created by leading early childhood experts, the programming challenges the popular genre of parenting notions that has given rise to commercial products like Baby Einstein, Brainy Baby and lapware, all of which claim to accelerate a child's mental development in the face of science that suggests otherwise. The network is a joint venture between New Hampshire-based Moving & Learning and Los Angeles-based Jackstreet Media Ventures LLC. The program is produced by Emmy winning broadcaster Errol Smith and distributed through the Affiliate Nanocasting Network.
